科技期刊编辑如何发现及规避排版带来的常见错误——以方正书版2008软件为例

摘　　要：常用的专业排版软件主要有方正书版2008、In Design、方正飞翔、Latex等,各软件均有其优缺点。不论选择何种软件,其软件功能如何,也不管是以作者投稿的电子版作为一次排版,还是以编辑初步编校后的电子版作为一次排版,经过排版软件的二次排版,其结果总是与一次排版有许多差异。而纠正由于排版带来的差错是编辑进行编校的目的之一,且此类差错也是编辑容易忽视的差错之一。对方正书版2008软件进行电子一校稿件的转化及常规排版操作后带来的常见差错进行总结,并提出了相应的规避措施,以提高编校质量,更好地呈现科技文化成果。Among professional typesetting software,Founder Bookmaker 2008,InDesign,Founder FX and Latex are normally used ones.No matter which kind of software is selected,no matter what functions the software possesses,the original manuscript or edited manuscript,after the second typesetting,will have many differences compared with the first typesetting version.One of the objectives of the editing work is to correct the typesetting errors,which are easily ignored byeditors.Combining with practical experiences,the common errors brought by typesetting including automatic transformation process and routine operating were summarized in this article.Corresponding improvement approaches were put forward to improve the quality of the redaction.
