摘　　要：从科技期刊刊文中存在的差错来看,我国科技期刊编辑的人文知识素养仍然普遍有待提高。从期刊编辑工作的需要和编辑人员自身发展的需要两方面论述了提高科技期刊编辑人文知识素养的必要性;介绍了我国期刊编辑知识竞赛的现状及其对提高编辑人文知识素养的作用,并就如何进行科技期刊编辑知识竞赛提出了建议方案。In view of errors existing in papers of sci-tech periodicals,the humanistic knowledge literacy of sci-tech periodic aleditors in China still needs to be improved.In this paper,the necessity of improving editing staffs’ humanistic knowledge literacy was discussed from two aspects,including the needs of journal editing work and editing staffs’ own development.The present situation of periodical editor’s knowledge contests in China and their effect on improving humanistic knowledge literacy of editors were discussed.In the end,proposals about how to carry out sci-tech periodical editor knowledgecontests were put forward.
