摘 要:类矩形盾构法隧道在断面空间利用率上存在较大优势,在相同覆土下,较圆形隧道更具有适用性,但因其结构受力和变形、盾构机推进控制、矩形管片拼装等技术难题,未能得到有效发展。以宁波市轨道交通L3一期出入段线矩形盾构隧道工程试验段为背景,通过类矩形盾构隧道结构、设备、施工综合技术的整体研发,给出类矩形盾构法隧道技术体系合理的研究方案和部分科研成果展示,最终实现独立自主从设计、装备、施工一体化开发类矩形盾构法隧道技术体系,为矩形盾构法隧道建设的进一步开展提供技术支撑。In the same casing,it is more applicable than the circular tunnel,but because of its structural force and deformation,the shield machine propulsion control,the rectangular section of the tunnel assembly And other technical problems,cannot be effectively developed. The whole research and development of the tunnel-like structure,equipment and construction technology is carried out on the basis of the test section of the rectangular shield tunnel project of the firststage entry and exit section of the rail transit L3 in Ningbo. Finally,the technology of rectangular shield tunnel system is developed independently from the design,equipment and construction for the construction of the tunnel with rectangular shield tunneling method,and to provide further technical support.
