摘　　要：冷却系统在汽车发动机工作过程中起到的作用不容忽视,该知识点在发动机课程教学中也至关重要。作为高职汽修专业的学生,对汽车的基本结构和工作原理应有清晰认知和一定程度的掌握,尤其是在现代汽车电控发动机中,冷却系统有着更加精确的控制,从而保证发动机在最佳的温度下工作。文章结合冷却系统结构和作用及在教学中的地位,针对教学用冷却系统示教板的设计进行合理分析与设计,最终开发一款简单实用的冷却系统教学设备,为这一部分教学提供实践支撑,从而改善学生厌学的现状。The role of the cooling system in the work of the automobile engine can not be ignored,the knowledge points inthe engine course teaching is also essential.As the students in the vocational of automobile major,should have a clearunderstanding and a certain degree of mastery the basic structure and working principle of the automobile,especially in themodern automobile electronically controlled engine,there is a more precise control in the cooling system,so as to ensurethat the enginework better under the he best temperature.In this paper,combining the structure and function of the coolingsystem in the status of teaching,carried out of the teaching cooling system’in a reasonable analysis and design of theteaching board,empolder a simple and practical cooling systemteaching board to provide practical supportfor this part ofthe teaching,and then improve status of tired of learning.
