摘  要:为了使学生能够感性和理性认识汽车主销后倾角产生回正力矩的原理和作用,针对现有汽车及汽车构造试验台主销后倾角难以改变的问题,论文通过对前轮驱动电动自行车进行改装,设计了自行车主销后倾角可调试验教具,通过调节主销后倾角可调机构中伸缩螺杆的长度,改变自行车主销后倾角和回正力矩。试验教具包括路面模拟部分,具有固定式和骑行式两种试验方式。该试验教具结构简单、易于实现,便于学生深刻理解理论知识,提高教学质量,并可以用于为自行车厂家提供辅助的产品优化工具,开发前叉倾角可调自行车。In order to enable students to have an emotional and rational understanding of the principles and action ofautomotive aligning torque generated by caster angle,and for the question of existing vehicles and automobile structure testrig caster angle is difficult to change,a front-wheel drive electric bicycle is retrofitted in this paper and designed into bicyclecaster angle adjustable experimental teaching aids.Bicycle caster angle and aligning torque are changed by adjusting thelength of the telescopic screw in caster angle adjustable mechanism.Pavement simulation part is included in the experimentalteaching aids,with stationary type and riding type two kinds of test methods.Simple structure is used in the teaching aids andeasy to implement.Through the experimental teaching aids,it facilitates students having a deep understanding of thetheoretical knowledge and improves the quality of teaching.And it can be used to provide an auxiliary product optimizationtool for bicycle manufacturers,and develop front axle fork angle adjustable bicycle.
