摘　　要：质量作为企业生存和发展的第一要素,直接决定了一个企业未来的综合实力。而MCU管理模式带来的以顾客为中心、质量意识和全员参与为ISO/TS16949的实施提供了良好的条件。Quality as the first element of enterprise survival and development,directly determines the future of an enterprise'scomprehensive strength.MCU management mode brings the customer as the center,quality awareness and full participationto provide a good condition for the implementation of ISO/TS16949.
