摘  要:从城市土地市场化程度、供需均衡度、土地利用集约节约度、配套机制完善度、投入产出分析五个方面构建城市土地市场发育评价模型,利用2003~2014年间30个省(直辖市、自治区)的数据,对我国城市土地市场发育程度进行测算和评价,并分析其时空分异特征。主要结论如下:1)东南沿海地区城市土地市场发育比较成熟,土地市场发育程度较其他地区高。2)中部地区城市土地市场的发育正处于逐渐加快阶段。3)西部内陆地区城市土地市场的发育还处于起步阶段。4)随着我国经济发展和城镇化建设步伐的不断加快,从时间序列上来看,我国城市土地市场发育的总体态势越来越好。An evaluation model to development of urban land market in five aspects is established,which consist of the urban land marketization, supply and demand balance, intensity of urban land use,perfection of the support mechanisms, input-output analysis. At the same time, we evaluate the degree ofthe urban market development and analyze differentiation of spatial and temporal pattern of them with dataof 30 provinces (municipalities directly under the central government, autonomous regions) from 2003 to2014. Main conclusions are as follows: 1) the degree of urban land market development is relatively mature in southern coast and the land use efficiency is higher than any other areas. 2)The stage of growth to urban land market in the central part of our country is speeding up. 3)The urban land market in western inland areas is still at a nascent stage. 4)From the point of view of time series, the urban land market of our country becomes better each passing day depending on longitudinal propulsion of the level of urbanization.
