摘　　要：本文以衡南县为例,主要研究探讨县域城镇化进程与土地利用结构之间的内在联系,分析了区域总体用地结构、内部用地结构、用地效益等方面,并在此基础上,探讨了城镇化进程中土地利用结构上存在的问题,从严格实施城镇用地规划和合理调整用地结构等方面提出相应对策,为合理调控城镇发展与用地提供一定的科学参考。This paper focuses on the inherence of the structure readjustment of land utilization and urbanization process in case of Hengnan county. In order to provide a reasonable and scientific reference for the urbanization process, we analyze the overall land utilization structure, interior land utilization structure, the efficiency of land utilization, and investigates the existed problems of land utilization in urbanization process.
