摘  要:在系统分析湖南土地整治工作现状及问题的基础上,结合湖南不动产基础数据建设项目特点和优势,研究提出了基于1∶2000不动产基础数据的土地整治设计工作模式优化方案,并以2014年度安乡县土地综合整治项目为例,从工作成本的角度,对优化前后土地整治设计工作的效益进行对比分析,结论表明:采用优化后的土地整治设计工作模式,前期工作成本大幅减少,效益非常显著。最后,针对优化模式的推广应用提出了具体的对策建议。On the basis of the systematic analysis of the present situation and problems in Hunan land remediation work,combined with the characteristics and advantages of hunan real estate basic data construction project, study raised the optimization of land remediation design mode which based on 1: 2000 real estate basic data. And taked the 2014 Anxiang county land remediation projects as an example, from the perspective of operating costs, carried on the contrast analysis of the land remediation design efficiencyof before and after the optimization.The results show that: using optimized land remediation design mode,the cost of preparatory work significantly reduced, and efficiency was very significant. Finally, for the promotion of optimization models, the thesis puts forward specific suggestions.
