摘　　要：本文针对国内外竞争情报教育理论的研究,主要从竞争情报人才的培养模式与培养方案研究、竞争情报人才的素养与技能研究和竞争情报人才适用性评价三个方面对国内的研究进行了综合叙述;从竞争情报教育目标研究、竞争情报人才的能力结构研究和竞争情报课程的设置研究三个方面对国外的研究进行了综述。This paper summarizes the domestic researches on the education of competitive intelligence talents from three aspects: research on the training mode and plan of competitive intelligence talents, research on professionalism and qualities of competitive intelligence talents and evaluation of applicability of competitive intelligence talents. Besides, it also summarizes the research abroad in three aspects: education objective, the ability structure of competitive intelligence talents and the establishment and development of the competitive intelligence curriculum.
