摘　　要：文章采用文献资料研究法和逻辑分析法,对我国民族节日活动中体育活动的源起和体育元素进行主要分析,同时,对我国民族节日活动中体育活动形式的作用进行简述。通过对我国民族节日中的体育元素进行研究,旨在号召国民对我国民族节日中的体育活动形式进行大力宣扬和传承。By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,the paper does the analysis of Chinese national sports festivalactivities in origin and physical elements.At the same time,the sports activities in the form of Chinese national holiday activities arebriefly introduced in the paper.Through the study of sports elements in Chinese national festivals,the aim of the study is to call onpeople to promote and inherit the sports activities in Chinese national festivals.
