辽宁省大型体育场馆运营现状与对策研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法及访谈法,对省运会辽宁省大型体育场馆运营现状进行分析,指出管理体制落后;交通问题及配套设施建设不完善;经营理念落后,缺乏专业的经营管理人才,并提出相应的发展对策,从而对省会会后辽宁省大型体育场馆更好地运营与发展提供理论依据。in this paper,with the methods of literature and interview,Provincial Sports in Liaoning Province stadium operationstatus is analyzed,the study points out the existing problems include:the backward management system;traffic problems and theconstruction of supporting facilities is not perfect;management ideas are backward,lack of professional management talents.Thenthe study puts forward corresponding countermeasures,to provide a theoretical basis for large sports venues better operation anddevelopment.after the Provincial Games.
