恒大足球学校建立网点青训新型模式的探究

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法和专家访谈法对恒大足球学校本部培养模式及网点青训基地模式进行研究,分析网点青训模式的概述、培养模式和影响因素。主要结论:恒大足球学校与省会城市、直辖市体育发展公司进行合作建立的网点青训基地培养模式具有一定的可行性,但在实际过程中在管理方面、资金、教练员队伍建设及行业监督方面存在一定问题。Through the methods of documentary and expert interview,this article studies Evergrande football school training modeand branch base model,analyses the overview,training mode and influencing factors of network academy mode.Main conclusion:Network youth base training mode has certain feasibility which Evergrande football school establishes with provincial capital citiesand municipalities directly under the central government.But there are some problems in the actual process in management,capital,coach team construction and industry supervision,etc.
