摘 要:非隔离型光伏逆变器拓扑结构简单、效率高,但会在光伏组件和大地之间形成漏电流流通途径,且采用传统多载波调制策略抑制该漏电流时所需载波个数较多。基于H桥级联多电平逆变器(H-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter,HB-CMI)电路提出了一种改进型调制策略,不仅有效地抑制了光伏发电系统中的漏电流,同时也使传统调制策略所需的载波个数减少了一半。最后,在PSIM下搭建了仿真模型并验证了所提调制策略的有效性和合理性。The transformerless PV inverter topology has the advantage of simple structure and provides higher efficiency. However,the topology makes a path for leakage current between the PV module and the ground. Moreover,common multicarrier modulation strategy is adopted to reduce leakage current which has too many numbers of carriers. Based on the H-bridge cascade inverter circuit,an improved modulation strategy was proposed. Not only leakage current in the PV system was reduced,but also half the number of carriers compared to common modulation strategy was used. Eventually,a simulation model based on PSIM was built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy.
