摘  要:介绍了锂离子电池或电池组洗涤试验所采用的设备、试验程序和试验结果,研究了电池洗涤试验对锂离子电池或电池组的影响。试验结果表明,相较于锂聚合物电池,钴酸锂电池对洗涤试验的耐受性较差,容易发生破裂。但两类电池在洗涤试验中均未发生起火或爆炸。The paper introduces the devices, testing process, testing results of washing test for lithium-ion cells and battery packs, studies the influence of washing test on the lithium-ion cells and battery packs. The testing results show that compared with the lithium polymer batteries,the tolerance of cobalt acid lithium batteries to washing test is poorer,and the possibility of rupture is more likely to happen, but in the course of washing tests there was no fire or explosion caused by two types of batteries.
