摘  要:脱水对市政污泥的处理处置具有非常重要的意义,为解决市政污泥深度脱水难题,研究了一种水热耦合机械压滤脱水方法。污泥在同一反应单元中,水热处理的同时进行机械压滤,促使污泥中的水分主要以液态形式被脱除。研究结果表明:水热耦合机械压滤的脱水效果明显优于常温压滤脱水和水热预处理后离心脱水,可使滤饼水分进一步降低至66.87%~55.09%。说明水热作用对于机械压滤脱水有促进作用,且水热处理与机械压滤的耦合作用要大于单纯的水热预处理。Dewatering is very important for municipal sludge treatment and disposal. A hydrothermal coupled with mechanical compressionfiltration dewatering method was researched in this paper to solve the deep dewatering problem of municipal sludge. The sludgewas treated by hydrothermal and mechanical compression filtration simultaneously in a single reactor. The moisture of the sludge wasmainly removed as the form of liquid. The results indicated that the dewatering effect of the hydrothermal coupled with mechanicalcompression filtration was obviously superior to the compression filtration dewatering in room temperature and the dewatering after hydrothermalpretreatment. The moisture of the filter cake could be reduced to 66.87%—55.09%.It was announced that the hydrothermaltreatment had promotion effect on the mechanical compression filtration dewatering. The coupling effect of hydrothermal treatment andmechanical compression filtration was greater than hydrothermal pretreatment only.
