摘  要:在共溶剂正己烷和催化剂KOH的作用下,采用地沟油与甲醇发生酯交换反应生成生物柴油,研究了醇油摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间和共溶剂量等工艺参数对生物柴油产率的影响。实验结果表明,该反应最佳反应条件为:醇油摩尔比为8:1,反应温度为50?C,催化剂用量为1%,反应时间为80 min,正己烷的用量为1%。在最佳条件下,产率可达95%。对制备的生物柴油样品进行红外光谱和主要理化性质检测,所得产品的各项主要性能指标达到国内外的生产标准,可直接投入生产。Biodieselwere prepared by transesterification of waste oil with methanol using n-hexaneas co-solvent and potassium hydroxide(KOH) as catalyst. The effects of methanol/oil mole ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of organic co-solvent andcatalyst the yield were studied. The optimal reaction conditionswere obtained by this experiment: methanol/oil mole ratio 8 : 1, reactiontemperature 50 ±C, co-solvent dosage 1%, catalyst dosage 1% and reaction time 80min. Under the optimum conditions, the yield ofbiodiesel reached about 95%. The structure and properties were characterized by FI-IR and other physical and chemical propertiesinstruments, and the results showed that the obtain biodiesels were in line with the domestic and foreign production standards whichcould be put into production.
