摘 要:以废弃的磷化渣和乙醇、乙二醇、氨水、二乙胺、三乙胺、N-N二甲基甲酰胺为原料,利用水热法制备出新型催化剂,并用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和紫外光吸收光谱进行了表征催化剂。研究不同溶剂、光照时间和煅烧氛围对罗丹明B染料的光催化活性的影响,结果表明,乙二醇与磷化渣发生水热反应,在氮气氛围煅烧下获得的新型催化剂粒径分布均匀,光催化效果最好。在光催化性能测试中,光照时间长、催化剂的量为0.4 g/L时对罗丹明B的降解率最高。利用废弃的磷化渣制备出新型催化剂,不仅可以有效地处理染料废水,还为磷化渣的资源化处理提供了新的思路。A new catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method with waste phosphating residue, ethyl alcohol, ethanediol, ammoniawater, diethylamine, triethylamine and N, N dimethyl formamide. Then it was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronmicroscopy and UV absorption spectroscopy. The effects of different solvents, illumination time and calcination atmosphere on thephotocatalytic activity of rhodamine B were explored. The result showed that the new catalyst particle size distribution was uniform,and the photocatalytic effect was the best by hydrothermal reaction calcined under the nitrogen atmosphere with ethylene glycol andphosphating residue. In photocatalytic performance test, the degradation of rhodamine B rate is the highest with long time illuminationand 0.4 g/L of the amount of catalyst. The new catalyst can not only be used to deal with the dyeing wastewater effectively, but also canprovide a new way for the resource-recovering of phosphate residue.
