摘 要:以电主轴单元的刀柄定位部件主轴前端为研究对象,对主轴体前端的机械结构进行分析,结合主轴前端的力学性能要求和与其他零件的配合要求,制定了一套针对主轴前端高效实用的加工方案,包括主轴前端的加工步骤、热处理技术、加工刀具的选择和切削用量的计算,并设计了两套专用打孔夹具以提升机械加工精度和生产效率。最后,加工出主轴前端,精度检测结果表明该工艺设计合理。The flange of motorized spindle was focused on. The flange was used to locate the cutting tool holders. Firstly, the mechanicalstructure of the flange was analyzed. Secondly, according to the mechanical performance requirements and fit requirements ofthe flange with other parts, a set of efficient and practical manufacturing processes for the flange was developed, including processingsteps, heat treatment technology, cutting tool selection and calculation of cutting parameter. What’s more, two special drilling fixtures were designed to improve productivity and machining accuracy. Finally, frontend were manufactured and the measurement results ofthe dimensional precision demonstrated the effectiveness of the manufacturing processes.
