摘 要:根据3μm连续激光产生机理和对基质材料要求,结合1.9μm和1.1μm激光二极管泵浦掺Ho^(3+)材料结果,采用1.1μm激光二极管泵浦Ho^(3+),Pr^(3+):Li Lu F4晶体,产生3μm激光。实验用泵源波长为1.140~1.150μm,带宽为5 nm,功率为0~10 W,光纤耦合输出;Ho^(3+),Pr^(3+):Li Lu F4晶体体积为3 mm×3 mm×30 mm,Ho^(3+)离子掺杂原子百分含量为2%,Pr^(3+)离子掺杂原子百分含量为0.6%;实验获得波长为2 934 nm连续激光输出,最大功率达到50 m W,斜率效率为22.6%,最大功率时,光束的质量M2因子约为4。According to the mechanism and the laser host materials of 3 m continuous laser, and the lasers based on Ho3+-dopedmaterials pumped at 1.9 m and 1.1 m from laser diode (LD), a Ho3+, Pr3+-doped laser which was presented directly diode-pumpedat 1.1 m LD was presented. The 10 W fiber coupled LD used for pumping had central wavelengths of 1.140—1.150 m and a typicalFWHM bandwidth of 5 nm. The Ho(Pr):LuLiF4 crystal slab in this letter had a dimension of 3 mm £ 3 mm £ 30 mm and a dopingHo3+ concentration of 2 at%, Pr3+ concentration of 0.6 at%. The maximum output power was up to 50 mW of continuous wave at thelasing wavelength of 2 934 nm. The laser had a slope efficiency of 22.6% with respect to absorbed power and a beam propagation factorof M2 ? 4 at the maximum output power.
