摘　　要：以FX3U-48MT型PLC为核心控制器,结合昆仑通态触摸屏,设计了精密平面磨床的控制系统,详细介绍精密平面磨床的硬件组成和软件设计。通过对人机界面的人性化设计,融入大量的故障报警信息提示,为磨床操作、维护维修提供可视化的平台,大大提高平面磨床的自动化、智能化水平。实践证明,该控制系统运行平稳、控制精度高,可满足客户的需要与市场的需求。Taking PLC FX3U-48MT as the core controller,the control system of precision surface grinder is designed withthe touch screen of Kunlun. The hardware composition and softwaredesign of precision plane grinding machine are introduced in detail.The humanized design of man-machine interface, into a large numberof fault alarm information, for grinding operation and maintenanceto provide a visual platform for maintenance, greatly improving theautomatic and intelligent level of surface grinder. Practice has provedthat the control system running smoothly, high control precision, tomeet the needs of customers and market demand.
