摘　　要：HY491C—1104粗纱机小箱体零件是纺织公司主导产品HY系列新型粗纱机装置中的核心件,其质量对于控制粗纱机车头运转的好坏起着决定作用。本文主要介绍该箱体件在加工中心通过自制夹具加工过程,并对加工过程中出现的问题提出改进意见和解决办法。The HY491C roving machine 1104 small box partsis the core part of textile companies leading products HY series ofnew type roving machine device, its quality plays a decisive rolein the quality control operation of roving frame head. This papermainly introduces the box parts in the processing center throughthe self-made fixture processing process, and the problems in theprocessing process of the proposed improvements and solutions.
