摘　　要：随着全球医疗水平的提高,医院对医疗设备的需求也越来越多,对医疗设备的投资力度也越来越大,医疗设备的拥有率及使用率是反映医院实力的重要标志。医疗设备已经成为医院日常医疗工作中极为重要的一部分,本文探讨如何运用二八定律的管理思想对放射科医疗设备进行有效管理。With the improvement of global medical level, hospital has more demands for medicalequipment and is increasing investment in medical equipment. The ownership and utilization rate ofmedical equipment is the important symbol to reflect the strength of a hospital. It has become a veryimportant part in the daily medical work of hospital. This paper explores how to use the Pareto Principleto effectively manage the medical equipment of department of radiology.
