摘 要:目的研究Wi-Fi实时定位系统的相关技术和系统构架,并分析其在医疗系统中的应用。方法分析对比Wi-Fi、Zig Bee等物联网组网技术的差异,研究定位系统的系统组成、结构功能框架、功能特点等,并分析如何应用于医院管理的不同部分。结果 Wi-Fi实时定位系统存在前期投入低、技术成熟等优势,即使存在功耗等方面的不足,但是在医院医护人员、患者以及设备等内容的定位中能够有效实现。结论 Wi-Fi实时定位系统可有效满足医疗系统对实时定位的要求,而且在医疗卫生单位已经取得成功应用,因此具有广泛的应用前景。Objective To study the Wi-Fi Real-Time Location System (RTLS) network architectures andrelated technologies and analyze its applications in the medical system. Methods Comparative analysisof the differences among Wi-Fi, Zigbee and others communication methods was conducted. And RTLSissues on system components, structure, functional framework and features were analyzed. Researcheson system applications in hospital management were made. Results Wi-Fi RTLS had the advantages oflow initial investment and mature technologies and could be effectively realized in real-time location,including hospital staff, patients and equipment positioning although it had drawbacks in some aspectssuch as power consumption. Conclusion Wi-Fi RTLS can effectively satisfy the hospital requirements ofreal-time positioning, and it has been successfully applied in some medical and healthcare units and willhave wide range of applications in the future.
