摘　　要：简要介绍我国缺陷汽车产品召回十年状态,探讨政府监管部门履行法定责任、生产者及经营者履行法定责任、消费者及消费者组织依法维权,三方互动博弈驱动缺陷汽车产品召回,建议政府引导发展产品召回保险、扩大产品责任保险,推动汽车召回法规的执行,确保人民生命、财产安全。A brief introduction of China's ten years of defective automobile product recall, to explore the government supervision departments to fulfill the statutory responsibilities, producers and business operators to fulfill the statutory responsibilities, organization of consumers and consumer rights law, the three party game to drive the defective automobile product recall, suggested the government to guide the development of product recall insurance, expand product liability insurance, to promote the automobile recall regulations theexecution, to ensure that people's lives and property safety.
