摘  要:针对国内有关调相机监造质量管控技术薄弱的问题,以直流特高压300 MVar大型调相机站主设备监造为例,从监造的总体目标、实施原则、组织构架以及监造的工作要求、工作模式、实施特点、实施方案等方面提出监造技术方案,用以监督设备制造单位,从而达到设备技术参数满足技术协议的要求,使设备质量责任得到完全履行。According to the problem of the weak supervision of the condenser quality control technology, take the supervision service of Ultra High Voltage DC 300Mvar large condenser’s master device as an example, from the aspects of overall objectives of supervision work, the implementation principle, organization structure, supervision work requirements, work mode, the implementation of technical features, some suggestions on implementation supervision plan are made to oversee equipment manufacturing units, so as to achieve the requirements of the technical agreement with the equipment technical parameters, fully perform equipment quality responsibility.
