尼群洛尔治疗不同类型社区原发性轻中度高血压的长期疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的:研究尼群洛尔治疗不同类型社区原发性轻中度高血压的长期疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心、开放设计,单一治疗组的前瞻性设计,征募合格的社区原发性高血压患者2997人,使用尼群洛尔治疗6个月。结果:根据患者的高血压类型将患者分为三组:单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)、单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)、双期高血压(SDH)。三组患者收缩压分别下降7.3±9.5、20.3±12.0、24.6±12.1mm Hg,舒张压分别下降12.1±6.7、5.5±7.3、15.2±7.9mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率分别为89.5%、78.2%、91.6%(P<0.05),控制率分别为89.5%、84.4%、83.3%(P>0.05)。治疗期间三组分别有6.1%、4.9%、5.6%的患者发生不良反应(P>0.05),多数是轻中度不良反应。结论:长期口服尼群洛尔治疗不同类型的社区原发性轻中度高血压具有较好的疗效和安全性。Objective: To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets in community-dwelling patientswith different subtypes of mild-to-moderate essential hypertension. Methods: This is a prospective, multicenter, open-labeled and single-armstudy. A total of 2997 eligible subjects were recruited to receive the nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets (5 mg/10 mg) for 6 months. Results:The patients were divided into three groups: isolated diastolic hypertension (IDH, n=114), isolated systolic hypertension (ISH, n=774), systolicand diastolic hypertension (SDH, n=2109), with SBP≥140mmHg and DBP≥90mmHg. After treatment, diastolic and systolic blood pressureswere respectively reduced by 12.1, 5.5 and 15.2mmHg, and by 7.3, 20.3 and 24.6mmHg in IDH, ISH and SDH (P<0.05). The overall effective rateswere 89.5%, 78.2% and 91.6% for IDH, ISH and SDH (P<0.05), respectively. 89.5%, 84.4% and 83.3% (P>0.05) of the patients attained their bloodpressure goal of below 140/90mmHg for three groups, respectively. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 6.1%, 4.9% and 5.6% (P>0.05),respectively. Conclusion: Our results suggest that the nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets were effective and safe for the treatment ofcommunity-dwelling patients with different subtypes of mild to moderate essential hypertension.
