摘 要:文章提出了一种既充分考虑航天器维修对可靠性贡献,又不引入海量计算的可靠性度量方法。该方法在可靠性框图基础上引入维修因素进行模型修正,并转换为动态故障树,进而采用状态转移链进行分析计算。工程实例表明,此修正方法能够评价维修对空间站可靠性产生的贡献,其分析准确度优于可靠性框图方法,且分析过程简单易行,具有良好的工程应用价值。The paper proposes a reliability measurement method with due consideration of the contribution of maintenance, to evaluate the reliability in a simple way. First, the RBD model is updated in case of maintenance, and is converted into the dynamic fault tree, then, the Markov transfer chain is used to analyze the reliability. An examples is given with these new methods. The analysis results show that the method can effectively measure the maintenance contribution to the reliability, and the analysis accuracy is better than that with the RBD.
