电力机车车顶绝缘检测装置高压开关电源的研究

摘　　要：针对目前电力机车车顶绝缘检测装置中高压电压互感器易故障、绝缘检测无法定量等问题,提出了一种基于高压开关电源的绝缘检测系统。介绍了绝缘检测装置的总体构成和工作原理,设计了基于UC3842控制芯片的高压开关电源模块,并采用Saber软件对高压开关电源模块进行了设计与仿真。仿真结果表明该高压开关电源具有良好的适应性和稳定性,满足绝缘检测装置设计要求。In view of the problems such as the high voltage transformer fault easily, insulation detection cannot bequantitatively of the roof insulation detection device on electric locomotive, an insulation testing system based on high-voltageswitching power supply is proposed. This paper introduces the overall structure and working principle of insulation detectiondevice, design of high-voltage switching power supply module based on UC3842 control chip, and using Saber software todesign and Simulation of high-voltage switching power supply module. The simulation results show that the high-voltageswitching power supply has good adaptability and stability, meets the design requirements for the insulation detection device.
