摘　　要：目前,数字城市建设是城市现代化、信息化的热点内容,利用数字城市技术建立地下管网管理系统,已成为城市规划与管理部门的共识。本文完成基于数字城市的地下管网管理系统的设计与实现,获得可扩展的数字城市基础平台组件集和可插拔的管网管理系统的专业功能扩展模块。At present, the construction of digital city is the hot spot content of urban modernization and informatization.The underground pipe network management system which is using digital city technology has become the consensus of urbanplanning and management. This paper completed the design of the underground pipe network management system based ondigital city and implementation for extensible set of digital city foundation platform components and pluggable pipe networkmanagement system of professional function extension module.
