摘 要:我国铁矿资源较丰富但品质普遍不高,需要进行高效选矿富集。水力旋流器在铁矿选矿中的应用日益广泛。本文在对我国铁矿石资源特征及分选概况总结的基础上,分析了水力旋流器的分选过程、流场特征及分级过程的粒度特征等;阐述了水力旋流器在铁矿选矿中的分级、脱水等方面的应用情况,并指出了应用中存在的问题,对水力旋流器在铁矿选矿中的发展趋势进行了分析。论文对提高铁矿资源的选矿利用具有重要的指导意义。There are a lot of iron ore resources in China, but the quality of ore is generally poor. It needs to be concentratedefficiently by mineral processing methods. Hydrocyclone has been used increasingly in iron ore beneficiation. Based on the characteristicsof iron ore in China and its separation, It analyzes the hydrocyclone separation process, the flow field characteristicsand the grain size characteristics of classification process, This paper expounds the application of the hydrocyclone classificationin iron ore beneficiation and dehydration etc, points out the problems existing in the application, and analyzes the developmenttrend of hydrocyclone in iron ore beneficiation .This paper has an important guiding significance in improving the concentrationof iron ore.
