摘 要:随着气田信息化管理水平的不断提高,相关数据量急剧增加,传统采气曲线反映信息量少、分析效率低的弊端日益突显,不仅浪费数据资源,还不能及时发现气井生产问题。探究了一种全新的具有K线图特征的采气曲线,其分析方法主要是利用软件将日线图和分时线图实时绘制出来,并通过曲线的移动、放大缩小、图形对比等方式观察日线图和分时线图的走势和形态变化,进行更全面、高效的单井动态分析。通过高含硫气田的现场应用,表明新型采气曲线日线图和分时线图在形态和走势上给予了生产特征变化的准确响应,可有效抓住气井生产异常时机,提前采取应对措施。该技术极大提高了气井动态分析的准确性和前瞻性,促进气井动态分析技术在信息平台的基础上进一步向前发展。Continuous updates of information management in gas fields lead to data volume increasing dramatically. Due to small volume in data management and low efficiency in data analysis, conventional gas productivity curves may waste precious data resources and fail to detect problems in gas well production in a timely manner. To change this situation, an innovative gas productivity curve containing K-line plot has been developed, which involves building daily and hourly charts using relevant software. By replacing, amplifying,shrinking and comparing relevant curves, trends and patterns of daily and hourly charts can be identified accurately. In this way,sophisticated dynamic analyses for individual wells can be performed more efficiently. Field applications of this technique in high-sulfurgas fields show the innovative daily and hourly gas productivity curves can accurately respond to changes of production performanceboth in trend and pattern. With abnormal conditions in gas well production identified effectively, proper countermeasures can be taken in advance. In addition to enhance accuracy and predictability of dynamic analyses in gas wells, the newly developed technique can significantly promote further development of dynamic analysis techniques of gas wells on IT platform.
