摘  要:本文基于外部强化的反应精馏技术,开发了环氧乙烷制乙二醇新工艺,并利用化工模拟软件Aspen plus对该过程进行模拟计算,探讨了工艺的主要参数对系统性能的影响,同时给出了精馏塔常压操作、反应器加压高温(473K)操作工况下的工艺参数设计指导值。结果表明,在给定的工况条件下,当提馏段塔板数为4,相邻侧线采入板间隔板数为1,再沸比为13,环氧乙烷在反应器中的分配系数为0.625、0.35、0.025时,产品乙二醇的摩尔纯度达95.28%,水的转化率为99.98%,乙二醇对环氧乙烷的选择性为91.02%。The novel process for ethylene glycol production based on the externally integrated reactive distillation technology was developed in this work. The effects of the main process parameters on the system performance were investigated with the commercial simulation software Aspen plus. For the given operating conditions that the column was under atmospheric pressure, while the reactor was run at higher temperature (473 K) and pressure, the main process parameters were correspondingly generated. The results showed that, for the given process, when the number of the stripping stages was 4, the number of the stages between adjacent trap-out trays was 1, the reboiler ratio was 13, the distribution coefficients of ethylene oxide in the reactors were 0.625, 0.35, 0.025, respectively, the molar purity of ethylene glycol was 95.28%, the conversion of water was 99.98%, the selectivity of ethylene glycol to ethylene oxide could be achieved 91.02%.
