探析中西医结合三联疗法治疗白癜风80例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探究对实施中西医结合三联疗法治疗的白癜风病患应采取的科学护理措施。方法:选取我院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的白癜风病患80例,对其采用中西医结合三联疗法治疗。与此同时,依照随机方式将80例病患分为两组,即常规组与优质组,每组40例。对常规组病患采用常规护理方式,对优质组病患采取科学优质护理。对比分析两组病患的护理总有效率。结果:优质组病患的护理效果明显比常规组病患好,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对白癜风病患采用中西医结合三联疗法治疗可获取较好效果,改善临床症状。在治疗的同时,加强对病患的综合优质化护理,则可实现病患治疗配合度的增强,确保治疗活动顺利进行,充分发挥综合疗法疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective: To explore the scientific nursing measures for treating leukodermia in the integrative medicine. Methods: 80cases were treated in the integrative medicine and divided into the conventional group and the high quality group, 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was taken routine nursing; the high quality group was taken scientific and high quality nursing. The efficiency ofnursing in groups was compared. Results: The nursing effect in the high quality group was significantly better, with a statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine on leukodermia shows a better effect, can improve the clinical symptoms. And the highquality nursing can enhance compliance, ensure smooth treatment, and is worthy of promotion and application.
