中药穴位熨敷治疗出血中风急性期脑水肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估中药穴位熨敷治疗出血中风急性期脑水肿的临床疗效。方法:将120例出血中风急性期患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予中药穴位熨敷治疗法,对照组60例给予西医常规治疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组在治疗后24h内、7d、14d三阶段脑水肿与血肿体积大小等数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后均无明显不良反应。结论:中药穴位熨敷治疗出血中风急性期脑水肿疗效显著,副作用小,值得推广。Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of TCM acupoint pressing therapy on cerebral edema from hemorrhagic stroke in acute stage. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group of 60 cases was treated by acupuncture point pressing therapy; the control group was treated by routine western medicine. Clinical efficiency in two groups were compared.Results: The differences of brain edema and hematoma size within 24 hours after treatment, in 7 days and 14 days in the treatment group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion:The TCM acupoint pressing therapy on cerebral edema from hemorrhagic stroke in acute stage shows a significant effect, with fewer side effects, and is worthy of promotion.
