玉屏风颗粒联合西医治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效及对血浆炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合西医治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效及对血浆炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取我院2011年1月-2012年1月72例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。两组均给予抗感染治疗,对照组另给予匹多莫德口服液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予玉屏风颗粒干预,观察两组发热、咳嗽、扁桃体红肿、肺部啰音等临床症状持续时间,IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α等血浆炎症因子水平及总有效率、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽、扁桃体红肿、肺部啰音持续时间及平均治疗时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组IL-2水平[(250.26±19.68)pg/m L]高于对照组[(215.36±17.54)pg/m L],IL-6水平[(9.21±3.41)pg/m L]、IL-8水平[(43.53±10.89)pg/m L]、TNF-α水平[(9.26±4.13)pg/m L]低于对照组[(12.68±4.60)pg/m L]、[(58.49±10.54)pg/m L]、[(14.56±4.91)pg/m L],差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果较好,能显著改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,减轻炎症状态,且无不良反应。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the Yupingfeng granule plus western medicine on plasma inflammatory factors from recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Methods: 72 children were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. Both groups were given anti-infective therapy. The control group was treated with pidotimod oral liquid. The observation group was given the Yupingfeng granule mroe. Results: The total efficiency was 91.67% in the observation group, higher than 72.22% in the control group (P<0.05). The duration of fever, cough, tonsil redness, duration of pulmonary rales and the average duration were significantly lower in the observation group (P<0.05). The level of IL-6 was (9.21±3.41)pg/mL, and IL-8 level was (43.53±10.89)pg/mL in the observation group, P<0.05. The level of TNF-α was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: The Yupingfeng granule plus pidotimod oral liquid is effective on recurrent respiratory tract infection, and can significantly improve clinical symptoms, shorten treatment time and relieve inflammation state, without adverse reactions.
