论刺井放血配合三七内服在脑卒中早期的急救效应

摘　　要：脑卒中具有发病急骤、病情危笃,致死率、致残率极高等特点,常出现肢体、言语、吞咽、认知等功能障碍,即使给予康复治疗仍会遗留一定的功能障碍。因此,早期正确的治疗对预防后遗症的出现尤为重要。笔者发现运用刺井放血配合三七内服治疗脑卒中急性期患者均能避免肢体、器官功能障碍加重,突显了中医药在脑卒中急性期的独特疗效和优势。Stroke has the characteristics of rapid onset, severe illness, death, and disability rate is extremely high, often appear limbs,speech, swallowing, cognitive dysfunction; even given rehabilitation treatment will be left behind certain dysfunction. Therefore, the early correct treatment during prevention of sequelae is particularly important. Application of acupuncture and TCM medicine could avoid limb,organ dysfunction increased.
