浅谈升清降浊,化痰活血治疗糖尿病肾病痰瘀互结型的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察升清降浊,化痰活血方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将108例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,各54例,对照组采用常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用升清降浊,化痰活血方治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖、24h尿蛋白定量、24h尿白蛋白排泄率。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组为70.4%;两组治疗后空腹血糖、24h尿蛋白定量、24h尿白蛋白排泄率水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:升清降浊,化痰活血方治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效显著,可降低空腹血糖,改善肾功能。Objective: To observe clinical curative effects of the Shengqing Jiangzhuo Huatan Huoxue prescription on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 108 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, 54 cases in each; the control group took conventional western medicine; the treatment group took the Shengqing Jiangzhuo Huatan Huoxue prescription more. Results: The total efficiency was 88.9% in the treatment group, better than 70.4% in the control group. The levels of fasting blood glucose, 24h urinary protein excretion and 24h urinary albumin excretion after treatment were significantly lower than before (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shengqing Jiangzhuo Huatan Huoxue presuription is effective on diabetic nephropathy, and can reduce fasting blood glucose and improve renal function.
