复智汤治疗肾虚痰浊阻窍型血管性痴呆临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复智汤治疗肾虚痰浊阻窍型血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将80例血管性痴呆患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组给予复智汤治疗;对照组给予西药盐酸多奈哌齐片(安理申)治疗。疗程为3个月。结果:两组对VD均有一定疗效,治疗组患者治疗前后MMSE量表评分、ADL量表评分比较,有显著差异(P<0.01),且优于对照组。结论:复智汤对肾虚痰浊阻窍型血管性痴呆患者的认知功能有明显的改善作用,并能提高患者的生活能力。Objective: Clinical effects of the Fuzhi decoction on vascular dementia of the Shenxu Tanzhuo Zuqiao type were analyzed. Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each. The treatment group took the Fuzhi decoction. The control group was given donepezil hydrochloride tablets. The treatment lasted for 3 months. Results: The differences of MMSE scale scores and ADL scale scores between before and after the treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant, and both indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: The Fuzhi decoction on vascular dementia of the Shenxu Tanzhuo Zuqiao type showed favourable effects, and improved living ability of the patients.
