摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟中药方对产后会阴切口感染的预防及促进切口愈合,提高产妇满意度的效果。方法:选择600例在我院经阴道分娩行会阴切开助娩的产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,各300例,观察组用自拟中药方擦洗会阴切口,对照组采用头孢羟氨苄胶囊口服,比较两组切口甲级愈合率。结果:观察组切口甲级愈合率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后会阴切口使用中药擦洗能有效预防感染,促进切口愈合,提高产妇满意度。Objective: To explore the effect of TCM prescription on post-natal perineum incision infection. Methods: 600 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 300 cases in each. The observation group was treated with TCM medicine to scrub the perineum incision; and the control group was treated with cephalosporin. Results: The healing rate of incision in the observation group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine can effectively prevent from infection, promote wound healing, and improve maternal satisfaction.
