腹腔镜治疗老年阑尾炎临床观察40例

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗老年阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:收治阑尾炎患者80例,随机平分两组,开腹组采用硬膜外麻醉,手术方式为传统的开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组利用腹腔镜进行治疗。结果:腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血、肛门排气时间及术后下床活动时间方面明显优于开腹组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜治疗老年阑尾炎疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of appendicitis in elderly patients.Methods:80 cases with appendicitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,epidural anesthesia was used in the laparotomy group,took the traditional open surgery treatment,the laparoscopic group was treated by laparoscopy.Results:The operation time,bleeding,anal exhaust time and postoperative bed time of laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those inthe open group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic treatment of senile appendicitis has significant effect.
