益气健脾、托毒生肌法治疗溃疡性结肠炎内镜下疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气健脾、托毒生肌法治疗溃疡性结肠炎内镜下的疗效。方法:收治溃疡性结肠炎患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组给予昌荣治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组结肠镜下总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾、托毒生肌法治疗溃疡性结肠炎内镜下疗效可靠。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of nourishing qi to invigorate spleen,detoxication and tissue generation in the endoscopic treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:120 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with mesalazine.The treatment group was treated with Chang Rong.The curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The endoscopic total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate in thetreatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing qi to invigorate spleen,detoxication and tissue generation in the endoscopic treatment of ulcerative colitis had reliable therapeutic effect.
