个性化护理方案联合同伴支持在脑卒中患者康复护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理方案联合同伴支持在脑卒中患者康复护理中的效果。方法:收治脑卒中患者100例,随机平分两组。试验组给予个性化的护理方案和同伴支持干预,对照组给予常规治疗和基础护理、健康教育和康复指导。分析两组研究对象的生活质量、抑郁评分和并发症的发生率。结果:试验组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,抑郁评分和并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化的护理方案和同伴支持能够显著促进患者的肢体康复,改善患者的心理状态,防止并发症的发生,提高其生活质量,促进患者的全面康复。Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing program combined with peer support in rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke.Methods:100 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group was given personalized nursing program and peer support intervention.The control group was given routine treatment and basic care,health education and rehabilitation guidance.The quality of life,depression score and incidence of complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the depression scores and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing programs and peer support can significantly improve the patients' physical rehabilitation,improve the psychological state of patients,prevent the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life,and promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
