南京地区高校开展单采血小板献血者招募方法及成效的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨在学校开展单采血小板献血者的招募方法,并评价其成效。方法:分析2013-2015年南京高校学生血小板捐献情况,计算捐献血小板学生总人数占比和初次捐献血小板学生总人数占比。结果:2013-2015年学生捐献总人数占37.46%,初次捐献血小板学生人数占45.64%。结论:高校学生对无偿献血认知度较高,应进一步加强在高校学生中单采血小板献血者宣传、招募和服务,以保证血小板库存量。Objective:To investigate the methods of recruiting blood donors in the school,and to evaluate the effectiveness of the method.Methods:The situation of Nanjing college students' platelet donation in 2013-2015 was analyzed,and the proportion of the total number of donated blood platelet and the proportion of the total number of students in the first time were calculated.Results:The total number of students accounted was 37.46% in 2013-2015 years,in which the initial donation students accounted for 45.64% .Conclusion:Awareness of voluntary blood donation in college students is high.We should strengthened propaganda,recruitment and service of the blood donors in the single platelet collection among college students,in order to guaranteed platelet inventory.
