摘 要:传统的概率性评估方法仅从安全性方面考虑了事故发生的概率,而未能从经济性方面量化事故发生的后果,为解决上述问题,提出考虑上述两种因素的大区互联电网动态稳定风险评估的模型以及相应的评估方法,并结合实际电网运行数据给出基于该模型的动态稳定判据,最后以云南电网为研究对象进行研究与应用。通过算例中不同的外送功率方案,提出协调互联电网各送端外送出力可以降低系统动态稳定风险值,给出新的动态稳定判据下云南电网的最大外送功率值及相应的电网运行方式的确定方法,同时证明了电力系统稳定器的合理配置以及正确的直流调制方案能够降低系统的动态稳定风险值,可作为当系统发生动态失稳故障时降低风险值的措施。The traditional probabilistic assessment methodology only took safety aspect as aconsideration but didn't quantify the consequence of the accident from the economic aspect. To takeboth two aspects into account, this paper proposed a model and the corresponding method of riskassessment of dynamic stability for large-scale interconnected grid. Further it shows a new criterion ofdynamic stability combined with the actual power grid operation data, finally, the author take Yunnanpower grid as the objective for the research and application. Through the cases of different sendingoutputs schemes, it proposes that the risk of dynamic instability can be reduced by coordinating thesending outputs among ends of the interconnected power grid, and it gives the method that how todetermine the maximum external feeding power and corresponding operating mode of Yunnan powergrid according to the new criterion. Meanwhile, it proves that the dynamic instability risk can bereduced by rational configuring of power system stabilizer and correct scheme of DC modulation, andthe both two methods can be used as risk value reduction measures to respond to system dynamicinstability fault.
