联合应用复方玄驹胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统性评价联合应用复方玄驹胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的疗效。方法计算机检索CNKI、维普、万方、Pubmed、Embase、Ovid、Cochrane、中国临床试验注册中心、WHO国际临床试验注册平台等数据库2004年至2016年6月符合条件的中英文文献,并依据CochraneHandbook要求筛选文献、质量评级与数据提取,应用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索到符合条件的文献3篇(受试者390例),均为随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示,实验组(复方玄驹胶囊联合抗生素+α受体阻滞剂治疗方案)国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)高于对照组(抗生素+α受体阻滞剂治疗方案),差异有统计学意义(均数差=4.54,95%CI:3.43~5.66,Z=7.97,P<0.01)。实验组NIH-CPSI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均数差=-3.52,95%CI:-4.63^-2.40,Z=6.17,P<0.01)。结论联合应用复方玄驹胶囊治疗慢性慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍,可明显改善患者勃起功能障碍,缓解慢性前列腺炎症状。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the combined application of fufangxuanju capsule in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in chronic prostatitis by a Meta-analysis. Methods CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, PubMed, EMBASE, Ovid,Cochrane, Chinese clinical trial registration center, WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform database were searched for literatures consistent with the conditions from 2004 to June 2016. According to the requirements of Cochrane Handbook,Screening literature, quality rating and data extraction, RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results After quality assessment and screening 3 randomized controlled trials were founded, 390 subjects were included. The combined application of fufangxuanju capsule and antibiotics with alpha blockers were compared, Meta analysis showed that the IIEF-5 score of the experimental group (Fufangxuanju capsule combined with antibiotics and alpha blockers) was significantly higher than that of the control group (antibiotic and alpha receptor blocker therapy), the difference was statistically significant (MD=4.54, 95% CI:3.43-5.66, Z=7.97, P<0.01). The CPSI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group and the result was statistically significant (MD=-3.52, 95% CI: -4.63-2.40, Z=6.17, P <0.01). Conclusion Combined application of fufangxuanju capsule in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in chronic prostatitis can improve the erectile function and relieve the symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis.
