摘 要:传统原油脱水流程,由于电脱对入口来液中含水量有严格的要求,往往需三级分离后才能达到预期效果。而新型高频聚结分离器则对入口来液中的含水量无过高要求,可将传统的原油处理流程简化至两级分离,大大提高了脱水效率、降低了设备费用,且已在一些陆上项目成功应用,其必将在海洋石油平台上有着广阔的应用前景。For the traditional crude oil treatment flow,it often need three stage separation to achieve the desired results as the water cut in inlet liquid for the electric dehydration has strict requirement. But the new high frequency coalescence separator can reduce to two stage separation for because the water cut in inlet liquid for the electric dehydration has no strict requirement. The new high frequency coalescence separator improve the dehydration efficiency greatly and reduce equipment costs obviously. And it has been applied in some onshore project successfully. It will have a broad application prospect in offshore oil platform.
