摘　　要：在我国南方地区页岩气开发中,部分页岩气井体积压裂增产开发过程中发生套管失效问题,此问题直接影响压裂施工效果及后续单井产量。本文结合现场施工情况、页岩储层物性、体积压裂特点及常规油气套管失效对比分析,认为影响页岩气井套管失效的主要因素是页岩储层本身特性和压裂施工方式两方面,其中储层初始裂纹发育情况、压裂施工压力和泥页岩水化膨胀为主要因素。同时,本文对套管失效问题提出了相关措施。Casing failure occurred in the process of SRV fracturing in some shale gas wells directly affects the effect of fracturing operation and subsequent single-well output in southern China.Based on the analysis of field operation data,the physical characteristics of shale reservoir and SRV fracturing and the comparison of conventional oil/gas casing failures,this paper concludes that the main factors affecting the casing failure in shale gas wells lie in the following two aspects:the reservoir characteristics in itself and fracturing operation.Of them,the initial crack situation,fracturing pressure and mud shale hydration expansion are the main factors.At the same time,this paper puts forward relevant prevention measures on casing failure.
