基于面板数据模型的水鸟对湿地景观格局响应

摘  要:由于湿地内的水鸟分布与景观偏好存在相关性,所以,选取2000,2005,2009年的米埔湿地内15个分区的水鸟数据和景观格局数据,构建能充分利用三维数据特征的面板数据模型。结果显示:湿地面积及边缘长度能最大程度地吸引本区内水鸟栖息;斑块数量,最大斑块面积比,形状指数等也影响水鸟对湿地景观的吸引力。总之,水鸟适宜在景观类型丰富且景观内斑块面积较为宽广的区域栖息。There was a correlation between waterfowl distribution and landscape preference, so data of waterfowls and landscape layouts in fifteen areas of Mai Po Wetland in 2000 a, 2005 a and 2009 a were selected to establish the panel data model using fully 3D characteristics. The results showed that the area and length of wetland were able to attract waterfowls to inhabit in this area; numbers of patches, area ratio in the largest patch, the diversity indexes and so on in a wetland landscape impacted waterfowls’ selection for habitat. In a word, waterfowls are good at inhabiting in the diversity and wider patches of landscape.
