摘　　要：目的：探讨A型肉毒毒素在硅凝胶假体联合自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术中的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2013年1月至2016年1月收治的56例行硅凝胶假体联合自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术并同时使用A型肉毒毒素的就医者。结果：术后随诊3～12个月，无一例发生感染、血肿、不对称等并发症。术后，患者乳房形态自然，手感柔软。结论：将A型肉毒毒素运用于硅凝胶假体联合自体脂肪颗粒注射进行隆乳，手术安全，患者术后满意度高，有积极的临床意义，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Botulinum Toxin A in augmentation mammoplasty by injectingtransplantation of autologous fat granule combined with silicone prosthesis. Methods 56 cases of patients in our departmentfrom Jan 2013 to Jan 2016 were included in this study. Results Postoperative follow-up in these 145 patients from three to sixmonths showed that all patients got satisfactory results without hematoma, infection or breast asymmetry. The postoperativebreast had natural shape with soft touch. Conclusion Botulinum Toxin A in injection transplantation of autologous fat granulecombined with silicone prosthesis for augmentation mammoplasty is a safe, uncomplicated and mild reaction method. Thepostoperative patients have good adaptability and comfortable. It is worth spreading in clinic.
